In this episode, we spoke with playwright David MacGregor, who is a resident artist at Jeff Daniels' Purple Rose Theatre in Chelsea, Michigan. Since that time, the great detective has been portrayed countless times by hundreds of actors in big productions from the West End to Broadway, as well as in community theaters everywhere. If there is one word to describe the Purple Rose Theatre Company’s (PRTC) world premiere of Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Elusive Ear, it is spectacular.
